Quality Is What We Build On
At PCBLion, quality control is not a final checkpoint—it’s embedded into every stage of our manufacturing process. With IATF 16949:2016, ISO 13485:2016, and UL certification, we deliver audit-ready traceability and IPC Class 3 workmanship.
| Metric | Target | Actual Performance (2025) |

Quality Management System
Systematic Quality Verification
Incoming Quality Control:
100% material verification. LCR testing for passives, X-Ray for high-risk components, and CoC validation for all laminates.
In-Process Quality Control:
Real-time monitoring of etching, plating, and 3D SPI (Koh Young) for 100% solder paste verification with auto-reject.
Outgoing Quality Control:
100% 3D AOI & X-Ray inspection. Flying Probe Netlist verification and custom Functional Testing (FCT).
PCB Workflow Quality Control
Every project begins with a free, professional DFM review the moment we receive your Gerber and BOM files. We verify design integrity, flag errors, and suggest optimizations before a single board enters fabrication.
On the production floor, PCBLion maintains a structured operator training system to enforce standard operating procedures across every workstation. Equipment maintenance schedules are strictly followed, process parameters are custom-adjusted for each project, and an active abnormality resolution mechanism ensures that any deviation is identified and corrected before it affects yield or quality.
PCBA Quality Control
All incoming components, bare boards, and fixtures go through IQC before entering the assembly line. During SMT assembly, solder paste inspection and dual AOI before and after reflow soldering verify joint quality at every critical transition. Through-hole assemblies receive QC checks before and after wave soldering, with cleaning applied where required.
Every finished PCBA undergoes functional testing followed by FQC and FQA to IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 standards. This multi-level inspection system delivers consistent, verified quality across both prototype and mass production volumes.
Quality Control Laboratory
PCBLion's in-house QC laboratory is the backbone of our OEM quality system. It operates independently of the production floor, providing objective verification that every PCB, PCBA, and box-build assembly meets specification from incoming material through final shipment.
Our lab is staffed by experienced test engineers and equipped with advanced metrology and inspection tools covering performance, reliability, and environmental test requirements. For OEM programs requiring third-party verification, PCBLion works with CNAS-certified external laboratories to provide test results that are fully auditable and internationally recognized.
