Paste Printing
GKG fully automatic printers paired with 3D SPI verify paste volume and placement accuracy before a single component is placed, eliminating the most common source of soldering defects at the source.
Component Placement
Yamaha YSM Series and Fuji mounters handle 01005 passives, 0.25mm pitch BGAs, and Package-on-Package components with the placement precision that high-density designs require.
